Today we will talk about what we could do to maintain and foster our overall wellbeing!๐Ÿ’ก๐Ÿ˜€
As we previously saw, wellbeing is affected by numerous components that we can't completely control by ourselves alone, but there are things that we can do individually for our wellbeing every single day...
Let's have a look!

๐Ÿ•œEvery 30 minutes:
๐Ÿ‘Ÿget up and move a bit;
๐Ÿฅคdrink a little water.

๐Ÿ•”Every few hours:
๐Ÿ˜‹ have a healthy nutritious snack;
๐Ÿ˜Œ be mindful (just quit what you're doing and focus on your senses for few minutes).

โฐOnce a day:
๐Ÿ”Ž find time to learn something new (it's best to find activities you enjoy);
๐Ÿ… be physically active;
๐Ÿ’†โ€โ™€๏ธrestore;
๐Ÿซ‚connect with other people (do not rely on technology or social media alone to build relationships);
๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ follow an healthy diet;
๐Ÿ’ค get a solid nightโ€™s sleep;
๐Ÿ™practice gratitude.
