Today we will talk about what we could do to maintain and foster our overall wellbeing!๐ก๐
As we previously saw, wellbeing is affected by numerous components that we can't completely control by ourselves alone, but there are things that we can do individually for our wellbeing every single day...
Let's have a look!
๐Every 30 minutes:
๐get up and move a bit;
๐ฅคdrink a little water.
๐Every few hours:
๐ have a healthy nutritious snack;
๐ be mindful (just quit what you're doing and focus on your senses for few minutes).
โฐOnce a day:
๐ find time to learn something new (it's best to find activities you enjoy);
๐
be physically active;
๐โโ๏ธrestore;
๐ซconnect with other people (do not rely on technology or social media alone to build relationships);
๐ฉโ๐ณ follow an healthy diet;
๐ค get a solid nightโs sleep;
๐practice gratitude.
