Back from the Holidays

How are you feeling as the Christmas Holidays come to an end?🔚
🔁Today we discuss how returning to work after the Christmas holidays can often be accompanied by a sense of post-vacation blues (and it's completely normal, as long as you're not experiencing symptoms long after the holidays are over, in this case there might be some structural and deeper problems with your work).

♎Here some professional advices for you, in order to challenge the back-to-work blues, and find your balance rightway back!

💤🥣 Return to your sleeping and eating habits that fit with your work schedule;
🕵️‍♀️ Prioritize the most urgent tasks and divide what is less urgent over the next few days;
📲 Try to minimize your notifications;
⏸️ Take breaks every 25 to 90 minutes;
🖇️ Connect with colleagues even if you're feeling sad, anxious or any other kind of unpleasant feeling;
🫂Keep some social and leisure activities, and keep something that made you happy during your vacation into your daily routine;
🌞Practice physical activity out of work, as well as relaxation techniques and/or
meditation.
