We all know how hard it might be to find the right balance between our online and offline lives.

Digital Wellbeing is a concept which underlies the idea of keeping the best of the Online Word while protecting us from harmful contents and negative side effects ☣️. 
It is also a concept that includes 2 aspects:

🔸The idea that everyone can achieve his/her personal 'digital well-being' through individual digital skills and competences;

🔹The fact that this can be common to a social community in which values, norms and aspirations make valuable contributions to the security, comfort, self-satisfaction and socio-psychological fulfilment of members 👥
